My Journey

A few years ago, I was drawn to Ladakh, answering the mountains’ quiet call. In their vast silence, I found more than beauty—I found healing. Amidst these sacred landscapes, I uncovered the deep connection between self, community, and the earth. Having walked through my own struggles with trauma and autoimmune challenges, I sought solace in the ancient rhythms of holistic healing. The mountains held me, the earth nurtured me, and slowly, I began to heal.

As a Certified Art Therapist and Yoga Instructor, I now weave these healing modalities into the sanctuary I’ve created for others—where every soul can pause, breathe, and find the peace that awaits within. Here, you are invited to heal, not just the body, but the heart and spirit, cradled by the mountains that once called to me.

"Be simple, be true, be wild, be free, be."
